It's more like Karma reincarnate. I love that:
You can go to a user and rate them overall out of 5 stars
You can up or down vote a POST (NOT a user)
The post shows the score, and who up/down voted you
Your overall average for up/down voting is displayed in your user
A karma system that actually tells you something useful? yes please!
