Well that went quick. Glad I decided to pull the trigger on this one. Doubt I got one of the CDs though frrrrrt.

Hell yeah! One of very few bands of the last ten years I’m still stoked on every time they put out something new. Assuming Sacred Bones puts up their copies tomorrow.

I hope she has these on tour. Coming through next month.

I work as a mail order manager/customer service for a record label here in San Diego and I deal with this shit all the time. If I work for a company that’s doing something that’s not practical then that’s your job to deal with. I would never do something questionable any not expect a response. 

I’m not trying to seem cool, just shared my experience with this record and their shitty shipping techniques. Exaggerating is far from what I did, but more or less made a joke. Sounds it hit a nerve with you, assuming you have/still have experience w/  crazy mom(s) and their fits. Sorry for your experience, hopefully things will get better for you.

Wasn’t expecting any monetary compensation. Never asked for it. When you ship a 6 record box set in a standard mailer, and arrives damaged you should expect people to be pissed. I simply let them know that I wasn’t pleased with the amateurish way the records were sent and that they should think about investing in proper mailers to facilitate what they were selling/shipping.

Ehh, all good. Stoked to have these, either way. Now let’s see if they’ll reissue the Fifteen and The Wrens records.

Mine came a bit fucked up, I threw a “crazy mom” fit, and they gave me a full refund. LOL 

I really hope this comes on GID vinyl. Would be perfect w/ the jacket and layout. And ordering from Domino kills me.

Just because they’re on the Concord site doesn’t mean anything. Concord basically owns digital rights to everything. Grass Records that then turned into Wind-Up. They have The Wrens Seacaucus on there too, I seriously doubt they’re going to repress that. Though they fucking should.
