  1. We apologize for the confusion. Please be assured that the autographed piece is located inside your LP. Our system listed this item as “cancelled” because it was not shipped as a separate item. Sincerely, Because Sound Matters Online Customer Support
  2. The autograph is why i chose to buy this, from them, with their shipping charge. The delay is irrelevant, i'd rather wait and get what i ordered. I've fired off an email as well, but i'm not interested in paying for something and getting something different.
  3. Hurr durr, after six weeks my package still said it was not shipped through HIS system. I e-mailed him pointing it out, and showing a screen cap, and asking when/if he shipped it. No response. Ask again. No response. I don't expect it immediately. But if i'm still waiting after six weeks, and the status shows that it hasn't been shipped, then i at LEAST expect a fucking e-mail response. This is a thread about customer service. This is shit customer service. If ignoring e-mails, multi-week shipping delays, and either incorrect addressing or general "post office did something wrong" issues are good to you, then so be it. But it ain't to me.
  4. YAY! i made the worst list! i feel privileged. and dude. you suck. thank god you never picked up the record from the post office (or more likely the carrier is an idiot and never left a slip, that happens quite a bit) and it got returned to me earlier this week. You live in hawaii, so media mail can take up to 4-6 weeks. i told you that the first couple times you emailed, so i didnt need to keep saying the same thing the next handful of times you emailed. rather than wait and be patient (or apparently go to the post office to see if something was being held for you), you filed a chargeback on my account 3 weeks after it was shipped, which wouldnt have been enough time anyway according to the usps timeline. oh well, like i said, at least i got the record back, so it all evens out in the end. I'm well aware of how long Media Mail takes. I filed the claim 6 weeks after purchase. That means it took you 3 weeks to ship it after i ordered it? Number one, that's fucked up. Number 2, if it took that long to get to me, how the hell did it get back to you so fast? It took 4+ weeks to ship to me, but the return was almost immediate? Bullshit. "i didnt need to keep saying the same thing the next handful of times you emailed" More bullshit. You never told me WHEN you shipped it. I understand it takes long to ship. After you responded that you had already shipped it (though NEVER marked it as shipped on your website status), i asked you WHEN you shipped it, and you stopped responding. Two weeks of no response, 6 weeks of no record, i'll file a claim. And a miraculous return to you at Express speed? Please.
  5. Kings Road has been great, as has Amazon (awesome return/exchange policy). Vinyl Junkie has been my worst, as he stopped responding to e-mails until i filed a claim with AMEX. 2 months on, still no record. MTS still don't know because my replacement record has yet to arrive. EDIT: Same poor sound, same smudge, looks like the same record, or coincidentally similar. Customer service was good though. eBay has been a mixture of best and worst experiences.
  6. I wonder if you can come once a day! If only i had more room in my flight case...
  7. No Substance and New America have no place in any box that also contains Generator. Unless that box is going to the incinerator and you pull Generator out before it burns. Oh, cute. Another No Substance hater.
  8. They have Slayer at Hot Topic, at least mine. Gathering dust.
  9. Just imagine how disappointed you would be if everyone like the same stuff you do. Then you couldn't be a music elitist
  10. Fush Yu Mang and a Boy Named Goo can join Horrorscope, Leaving Through the Window, and/or Songs for Silent Movies on my list of stuff i really, really want.
  11. No Horrorscope love? I remember being part of their fan club thing that if they got on TRL they would send an autographed poster and thank you to the members. If only i could find the damn thing now.
  12. Why hasn't this been released on vinyl? And if it has, where can i find one? Discuss.
  13. Offspring - Americana AFI - Shut Your Mouth and Open Your Eyes, sealed Americana for $11 AFI for $5 WOW!
  14. You're right, and this is the most rational response i've read in this thread, thank you. You really need to wash that sand out of your vagina, it's making you unbearable. http://www.wikihow.com/Use-You%27re-and-Your
  15. Paypal plox, like is stated in the auction. Right, but there was no deception. http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/deceive "To trick or mislead." You were neither tricked nor misled. If anything, you'd have been tricked and misled had he bought them and paid after already claiming to have bought them for the sake of fucking with you. Joking aside, you're overlooking the fact that reporting a non-paying bidder results in final value fees and subsequent re-listing fees being reimbursed. Likewise, any negative feedback left could be petitioned for removal on the same grounds. It wouldn't cost the seller a cent, nor tarnish the seller's reputation (any more than the seller did to himself, anyways), and as such, "fraud" wouldn't be an apt term for the actions of the buyer. I personally would go with "wasting your time". Looking at this whole situation, the only person hurting your reputation is you, for being a complete moron and instigating this entire situation. Had you just listed them without bragging and posting your pictures on here (what did you expect, really?), nobody would've thought twice about it, let alone pinned it on you. I mean I don't agree with the actions of others, but you've been a total fool about this. Sure i was misled, and so was eBay. Someone bought my auction. I expect them to pay. eBay expects the same thing. Yes, i know the eBay policy, and i will be relisting with my soon to be verified paypal account, and i will require immediate payment. But the mental giant thought that i would be charged and he could hurt my reputation. That's malicious intent. I instigated this? The fucking asshat who buys my auctions without intending to pay did nothing wrong, but i am because i posted pictures of vinyl i bought on a vinyl forum? Again, what the fuck planet are you people from? No one lives near Hawaii, we're the most geographically isolated land mass on Earth.
  16. Got home a little while ago, about 3am. Put "There Is" on and listened to it twice. When i was done, it was a bonus to put the album next to my five other unopened ones. Bitch all you want, i'm stoked to have them on my shelf. Crying helps.
  17. Buy his listings without intending to pay for it, just to make him pay the fees and so you can write negative feedback is not fraud? An eBay purchase is a binding contract. What would you call intentionally making a purchase with the intent of charging that person fees without ever intending to pay for it? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraud "In the broadest sense, a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual; the related adjective is fraudulent." Who doesn't know what fraud is? And you should have put: That seems to be the first, and only, course of action for many people here.
  18. getting even. you're a jerk off for taking advantage of others. Getting even for reselling is fraud? What the fuck planet are you stupid shits from?
