damn, i was sure face to face - dont turn away was next in the color repress series.

finally received the rest of my order from asian man. another great packaging job, very impressed. i guess they stepped it up a notch after many people were complaining. now just waiting on the new colors from VC and i am done with this set. the coolest ones are the bloodpact and the red/black split.

wow, just tried the payapl shipping option. works great but i would only use it for Media Mail where being a few ounces off wont make a difference. btw, looking for a good scale for weighing records and such. There a ton of choices either on ebay or at stores. ebay seems much cheaper but are the scales reliable? anybody buy one of the ones on ebay and have them be pretty accurate? any advice on which one to choose. thanks

Does anybody know if some of the old Fueled by Ramen releases were ever released on vinyl. Like Funsize(one of my favorite fbr releases), The Stereo, Animal Chin, The Impossibles, Hippos, Jersey.

That Loved Ones Tour Lp was a bargain at $48. suprised it didnt go for more. you made a ton of money on everything else. That Lagwagon 7" should surpass the Propagandi Lp in final price. That thing is impossible to find and never on ebay.

received mine today. anybody have trouble getting the vinyl back into the color sleeves after taking them out. it was tight as hell, i was afraid it would rip. Not something thats going to be easy to listen to.

my bloodpact ones showed up today. the packing was excellent. sleeves on the bottom of the box, then a piece of bubble wrap, then the vinyl records on top of that, then another piece of bubble wrap on top of the vinyl. one of the best packing jobs ive ever gotten from a label. On a side note, did anybody pay by paypal and receive theirs from Asian Man. The Bloodpact was paid by CC, however the others were paid by paypal and no email or anything regarding those.

got the same email form Virgil that the new colors have been sent. looks like i might get the 2 colors even before the ones from Asian Man, which still havent shown up yet(but are in transit via fedex ground).

if i ever win the lottery i'll pick one of those up.

ive always use a microfiber cloth(like the ones used for lcd screens) with a 1 part alcohol/2 parts water solution. For minor dust particles i just spray it with canned air.

i wonder when Virgil is getting his copies. Ive got a bunch of other records im waiting for in that order. im shocked that the entire 1st press is alreay oop. I didnt think they were that popular.

By putting up a best offer he pretty much guaranteed that he wont get the full amount by the time the auction ends. But i guarantee you that guy gets over $200 for the lot.

I heard that the pressing info is 4 different colors with pressing of 500 on each color.

i just got the same shipping notification. perhaps its cheaper to mail it fedex for a larger package(i ordered 2 of each color) than usps.

holy crap, that first picture looks bad. i thought ebay fixed their system where sellers can no longer leave negative feedback to buyers. wasnt that part of the new rules that took effect with the newly added higher fees.

im digging this idea but dont like your "electoral college" type system you're trying to do with each board member gets input/voting from 10 members. i think it should be 1 person/ 1 vote. Poll the 100 members then see whats the most popular releases from that. That way your vote counts(unlike our US electoral college system where your vote doesnt count).

marccrotteau is right, the programs like audacity are used so you can clean up your vinyl after ripping. Some good recommended shareware programs to remove cracks and hisses are Dart Pro 24 and Sound Soap. Both are easy to use for noobs. Both are also kinda expensive.
