Just to let you all know : I emailed Alex in january, he told me all the shitty story and i apologized. He told me that he will be in town in early feb. I e-mailed him two weeks ago to remember that i have an order placed, i did not had an answer for my last e-mail. I said that is enough and i will make a fraud complaint directly to visa. That was yesterday. What a surprise this morning to see that a magic paypal refund has been made to my account! WOW, i had to say that i'll make a fraud complaint to visa to have my money back !!!! There is the two mails i had in my box this morning: woah, you need to calm down! i just got back to town. i'm only home for a few days to pack up this shit. i also got into our paypal the other day and have been sorting things out. i told you it would take some time. you can do whatever you want but i'm still going to send you your order. good luck with visa and the fraud thing. -a And the second e-mail: actually i'm not even going to deal with you. i'll refund your money in paypal. the last copies of that record are with the people that were handling mail orders. not worth going through the trouble with either them or you. i'm going to safely assume it will take me a few weeks to get our stock from them and i don't have the patience to deal with shitty emails from you during that. take care. -a Deraling with eyeball records, and Alex saave(something) is my WORST experience since i order wax! I just got Metric-Live it out lp... It has 10 track but, it comes on two 12'' discs with 2-3 tracks per side.... I see that each track takes A LOT more space on the disc... And it plays a 33 rpm... Maybe it is a dumb question, but i wanna know WHY?? Is the quality supposed to be far better? It's the first time i see a lp made this way....

Hi there!! I will expose my problem in hope to have some good tips/ways to avoid my tt needle to skip... I had my turntable directly sitting on the floor since i own it and NEVER had a skipping problem! Even if drunk 200 pounds guys were jumping 1 feet aside the turntable! A week ago, i got an expedit as a christmas present.. It is lying on the horizontal position, i have now put my tt on top of it beside my tv. Everything is assembled in the best way possible! Pretty sturdy unit, it does not move when i push on a side NOTHINg! BUT if i walk by, (not jumping only sitting up), it will skip. only tapping on the floor with my foot will make it sjip!! I wanna know if someone can explain this phenomenon to me! Is it because it has mor ''swing'' on top of the unit? Why it wasn't skipping when it was laying on the floor? (without carpet) And, GOD, how can i set up to avoid this??? ( i want to let it stay on the unit!1) Thanks for help/hints/setups/anything!

Just got one yesterday as an early christmas present... It is actually horizontal, with my 47'' lcd and turntable on top (or on side? eh!), i have 4 ''cubes'' full of lp's (so probably 400?), ampli and stuff in the others.... Pretty sturdy, i tried to push on one side and it don't even move. I was really surprised how strong they are! But i plan to put a backpiece (like 1/4 plywood) just to be sure to keep the square right... I think you have to pay attention with a 5x5 full of 2500 lps, but for a 4x2 no problems...

Someone can please tell me the REAL purpose of these?? I dont have one, i have a technics sl-q2 table with a rubber mat. Do the slipmats are made only to reduce the friction between the vinyl and the table ; you can hold the disc while the table continue to spin? Or are these made to reduce the static? or to help reduce the ''waving'' in the discs?? It somebody can clearly explain it to me, it will be much appreciated!
