new Leatherface, SBB 7" & Lifetime JBD up!
706union replied to xjustinxschwierx's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
That´s because the LEATHERFACE 2xLP doesn't follow the normal No Idea packaging convention. "Twelve songs spread over four sides, cut at maximum volume and fidelity in glorious 45 RPM on RED VINYL!! Full-color pocket sleeve, jacket, and labels. Screenprinted accents on jacket. Bonus tour poster and sticker. This pressing is LIMITED to 500 copies!!" -

Exactly, Justin! People that bitch about No Idea prices don´t know a thing about running a label. No Idea is as diy and fair as it can get. Period. -

We Need Transparency (an open letter to Virgil)

Uhhh, I definitely see the point in outing a companies business operations if it´s likely I´m gonna spend $$$ with them. And it´s VERY likely people on this board spend money with VC, right? And man why am I taking a risk when pre-ordering? It is the label´s fucking task to get that record out once they cashed in the pre-order money. I feel like you turn it around the wrong way. It is actually a good thing you have rights as a customer. Uhhh. -

A correction of the correction? I figured the correction was the email in the first post in this thread. Says green is out of 1000. -

Not expensive but hard to get if you want it. Great record by the way! -
There´s a bootleg for sure of the SBH&H LP. No color for the Live LP. Yes, there was a poster but only a few had em. Maybe the 1st press.

"Blood Meridian" is a novel that Ben Nichols wrote a whole record (well, a MCD) about "The last pale light in the west". Both are great. -
