By look up a case, I mean a legal ruling as to who owns the rights to a forum post.

I don't even listen to Ciz (absent one or two songs) but man, everything that happened here seems logical... Nobody forced anybody to do anything. Of course, my love for the boards predicates my belief that nothing on here should be destroyed. HOWEVER, it doesn't seem necessary to look up a case where it ruled that a user's post on a forum is owned by him, but I'd imagine the only relevant parties here are SRC and the people that created the information (Ciz/Rfc?). If they are okay with it, end of story. 

I'm SURE this has been mentioned, but I'm too lazy to check. Plus, I wouldn't mind repeating the annoyance.

Song is really great! I am very impressed in Evan's ability to separate the music he wants to make between each of his projects/bands (of course, the other musicians have a play in that ability). Damn, this is good.

Bought it tonight and will try to rip later today (Sunday). It sounds great, just sad there is no WARB on it.

Also, all three bands were phenomenal tonight. I haven't seen that much electricity and excitement from Say Anything in a while. They played all of IARB front to back (minus Admit It) then all of WARB and closed with Admit It. It was wonderful.

I don't understand the hype behind this band AT ALL... Personally, if I'm not into something, I can generally see why others on this board and elsewhere are into it. But with this band, it just doesn't make any sense. Sure, the instrumentals are pretty-sounding but how far can those instrumentals go? They sound very interstellar-ish but I can't enjoy that past one song, and then his vocals come in. What the hell are those vocals? 

 

As for the comment, I don't think many sufficient opinions can really be drawn from just a quote; however, it does give a small condescending impression. 

I have a saturday ticket that i would love to trade for a sunday ticket if anyone is interested !!!

Am I the only loser who wishes it was numbered by variant? They numbered in regards to the whole pressing. For example, mine is 138/1075 when it should be /250. 

Eh I mean he has IN MY OPINION ruined Title Fight, La Dispute, and Circa Survive.

I'd like to blame the success of 'hiding'. This song has that general slow buildup feel with the vocals extremely similar. My guess is that they loved that song and it only helped that everybody else did also. With that being said, I don't like this song too much on first listen.
