  1. The Fences and Mansions sites are showing different artwork. I wonder if it is just the two different sides of the cover, or if they are completely different. They should give some pressing info because I don't know why I should buy this now as a PO and not just wait until they have it in stock.

this. i just want to get it at the in-store release on 7/26.

  2. Is this is announcement where you finally tell the world that you're ready to complete RFC's end of the test pressing trade we did a year ago? If so, yay!

Sorry for being slow chuck, I just recently unearthed all my boxes of tests, I will have our mail guy ship em by weeks end. I have way too many of these things.

you should probably throw up a "RFC Test-Press S/S" as a VC exclusive thread so we can get some of these at a semi-reasonable price... you know how much we love you...

  3. in hxc, pop/rock, some of the best bands imo are christian (UO, TDWP, norma jean, relient k, copeland, anberlin, switchfoot).

As someone who was raised on Christian music, and still listens to a good deal of it, I am going to have to completely disagree with this entire statement. First Switchfoot record rules though.

  4. okay, so first off, i'm not gonna act like i know the first thing about ska or any ska band.

that being said, i heard about this "ska lives" comp on a site i frequent, saw a Ska is Dead 7" thread up high on the VCMB, and thought i'd share it, assuming there are some ska-heads here.

the only band on it that i really know outside of the few veterans on there is Blood and Water. they're pretty solid.
