The digital download code is lossless (thank the Lord), but is missing the song Rubidoux (and thus the hidden track Sermons vs. the Gospel). I remember the first press was missing the final song as well. I'm guessing they would have had to make it a 2xLP to add this song, considering it is pretty long? Still sad, I really like Rubidoux. Silly record companies...

This. Wasn't a huge fan of Age of Reptiles though I wouldn't mind seeing the single from that on 7" (will NEVER happen). I remember seeing these dudes in my senior year of high school when they had copies of their demoes on CD spindles just giving them away. They came a long way in the years following but seem to have wound down a bit nowadays. Fun fact: At one point I was doing the press releases/other misc. for some obscure Texas label called Dollhouse Recordings and I pitched to the label owner that we should do a split with one his label's bands and Showbread. Josh and co were all about it (even had song selections in mind including a cover of Head Like A Hole) but Tooth and Nail nixed it. I ended up getting Blueprint Car Crash from The Militia Group as a replacement for the split instead. I would also love No, Sir on wax... red and white swirl perhaps? Also, I hate that T&N stopped Showbread from reaching their full potential. So sad, I wish I could have seen the band Showbread wanted themselves to be.

If you're going for the 7", buy it from Broken Circles here. He's a nice dude and runs his own small company, he deserves your business. Plus, it's cheaper than Interpunk.

sad to see... this band is getting worse and worse with time. they should just become a cover band for pop songs because that's all that they're decent at.
