I ordered the coke bottle Enema disc, and it arrived today. It looks HORRIBLY warped though - I haven't been able to try to see if it sounds like crap or not, but it's definitely bent/twisted. I haven't been as involved in the MTS/SRC debacles on this board (I'm new), but is this par for the course? Has anyone else received the Coke Bottle Enema LP and if so is yours messed up too? wait so i coke bottle from MTS?

the auto emails are from mts but are because of PayPal

this is because RJs PayPal is linked to the MTS website. When a refund comes from PayPal it links to the mts site.I got the same email

Asked to speak to a supervisor and then the bitch told me there is no reason to talk to a supervisor. The bitch then transferred me to "paypal questions" because she was an idiot. they then transfered me back to customer service who then transfered me to a supervisor. The guys name was adam and he asked me to explain the case. I told him about the whole situation and asked him what my options were. he then asked to look over the disputes for a little and see what he could do. he came back on the line and said he would refund me the entire amount. if your looking to get a refund i would call today and try and speak with this adam guy. so glad all this bullshit is finally over

Same. Though, their customer service has been helpful. They could just avoid sending a replacement and responding to emails by packing their stuff better in the first place. I'll never understand why sellers still don't know how to package vinyl so that it arrives in the condition that it left in. Also, sort of a bummer for SRC. I've had nothing but good experiences with them, and they did the right thing refunding everyone for the TOYPAJ orders placed through them. Oh well... yeah it does suck for them big time. they are a good company that just got involved with the wrong guy. they should have known from the beginning to stay away though.
