-
As far as i'm aware it was an RSD exclusive limited to 1000 as a preorder off the junip site. I missed out, but picked up one pretty cheap off discogs.

Something for Kate - Answer To Both Your Questions 2x7"
bands first release from early 1990's limited to 500 hand numbered copies, all 500 copies have completely different unique album artwork completed by the band... really cool concept and by far the coolest record i own
-
Damn... This would have been awesome on vinyl! The box art is pretty cool!
-
The above link clearly states a vinyl release, however i cannot find any preorder or either the soundgarden website or amazon...
i DID find the CD version, however, on amazon UK...
Anyone have any info on this at all??

I sold a huge amount of Silverchair stuff last year. I don't have the two above records but still have a ton of promo CD's and singles if you would be interested?[/quoute]
Yeah i purchased some things off you actually, off discogs!!
Good luck mate Diorama will set you back at least $350 unless its repressed any time soon. No one let's go of that record with any ease at all.Yeah im really hoping to get lucky and find it at a second hand record store for under $200 or something. Or purchase a damaged copy off here for really cheap x_x that would satisfy my itch until i got a working copy!
Completely jealous of your copy of Young Modern. That's the only one I really love. It's terribly overlooked.I couldn't agree more, i absolutely LOVE young modern just as much as their older stuff. People are just so against change it sickens me..
-
Yeah theyve got nothing unfortunately
-
Im looking to purcahse the final 2 lp's to complete my silverchair collection:
Diorama 12"
Abuse Me 7"
If you have either of these please shoot me a message!
ALSO, i was looking for some pressing info on the following:
Cemetery 12" Single
The Door 7" Single
Abuse Me 7" Single
Freak (various colours; excluding the red/red US promo) 7" Single
I've looked everywhere and can't find any information anywhere, al i know is that they were all promos! Thanks
-
so is the whole run only 500 or is that just blue vinyl...is there any way to know?
I messaged Seth at soundstagedirect and he said that they were the only place stocking the blue vinyl so i presume its only the blue vinyl thats limited to 500
-
^ blue pressing, limited to 500 numbered copies. $5 cheaper, provided you dont live in Australia like i do and have to pay $21 postage
-
Wanting to buy vinyl of these + other Australian bands.
In particular, Powderfinger's Seven Deadly Spins box set. Willing to pay big $$$ for a copy of this.
Please drop me a message if you're selling anything, if im interested, ill pay a fair price for it of course, i would prefer price to be ppd to Australia!
Thanks feel free to check out my tradelist for what i have/want etc.

Well I'm glad I humored you.
-
Wait. You laughed at me and what I said which was practically the same as that guy? I'm confused
-
I'm saying that Blink-182 (which a good percent of this board loses its shit over) is no better than a band like Train.
It's funny that the people who are making fun of this guy for liking Train are obsessed with shit like The Used and Blink-182.
Is the exact point i was trying to get across, thanks for simplifying that for me.
-
let the smiting begin
-
Here's the deal, im not a massive train fan, im more a collector of rare records. Well, i try anyway.
But i dont think ive ever met a bigger bunch of obnoxious knobs in my life than on this forum. Who gives a fuck if someone likes Train. I personally hate metal, which i know alot of people here love. Doesn't make me any lesser of a person. But moreso than this, i can not STAND whingey, whiney punk shit that most people here collect. Fuck.
Everyone has different taste in music, and for people to judge others because they like one genre over another is fucking ludicrous. I saw someone say something about the "ever declining taste of VC'ers these days" and i don't see how that's true. Music is ever changing and evolving, and theres no genre thats better than any other. So if you don't like what i'm listening to, quite frankly i dont give a flying fuck, because theres a good chance i dont like what you're listening to either

I paid. Hes sent it. He gave me $40 back, so I didn't get lashed too badly. Better than an $80 ripping off I guess.
-
Oh well the blokes a dodgy bastard and I'm not happy haha
-
Selling something at 6 times cost price when it's still readily available
-
Ive paid. I told them theyre scamming. If they dont give me a refund ill just do it through paypal, since technically theyre scamming me. Im sure with 460 and 100% positive they dont want a negative.
In my defence, the google filters must be different in Australia (where im from) because i went through 2 pages and that clifton page didnt appear...
-
yeah wow. that was pretty smart of me!
-
Looking for information on this. Purchased one on ebay for $100 USD because i wasnt even aware that this record even existed... and im a train fan.
Any pressing info or anything would be greatly appreciated!
Discogs/Paypal, sort-of-sketchy transaction, not sure whether to refund or ship.

"Buyer buys item, buyer gets item, buyer tells bank item was bought with stolen credit card or somesuch - basically without the cardholder's permission, bank reverses payment, paypal gets money back from payment from seller, buyer gets items for nothing, seller fumes with impotent rage."
I own a retro video game store on eBay and this happened to me I sold a game for $150 and about 3 months afterwards paypal called me and informed me that the game had been purchased by someone using a stolen credit card.
HOWEVER, had i sent the item with sign-on-arrival registered post, i would've been able to keep the funds as i had proof that it had been sent by me and arrived at the other end, and been signed for.
Unforunately i sent it with regular tracking without signature, so i didnt, and i was out of pocket $150.
Sucks, but i've learnt a lesson, albeit the hard way!
