I'm getting the "server problems" error all of a sudden when I try to check my order status. It was fine like an hour and a half ago and said "fulfilling order" or whatever. if my order gets hosed I'm going to murder motherfuckers because that shit went live at 2:06 and my order was in at 2:09.

technically it's command+W to just close out the window ;-) except ⌘W doesn't quit the app, it just closes the window, and the app is still running. so TECHNICALLY ⌘Q is the equivalent to Alt-F4
