I mean, I have plenty of time to file if this guy is a flake, but he said in the posts and in the message to me that he wouldn't be shipping until Friday. It is in fact Thursday. Even if you dispute it, I'm pretty sure Paypal is going to make you wait the allotted seller time for shipping which is 7 days.

PayPal still covers you. And I'm pretty sure that unverified accounts have 21 day holds. A lot of verified accounts even have holds. There's no reason to sweat this yet. Everyone take deep breaths. When he logs in again, he's going to laugh when he reads all of this.

I don't get why everyone's all up in arms and threatening claims? He said he wouldn't be getting anything else out in the mail until Friday. Some people have things to do outside of the forum. Worst case scenario: He doesn't respond or send us anything, and we let PayPal know, and we get our money back. He can't just run off with our money; PayPal is good with buyer's protection (just like makeshifttrigger said). PS - makeshifttrigger, your Thursday is going out today (which happens to be Thursday) Everyone should just cool their jets until further notice. Everything will be fine one way or another. If he was really scamming us, he would've told us to send as a gift.

Has anyone actually paid for these other than me via PayPal? PS- He's not scamming anyone. These specific records have apparently just generated a lot of interest. I was told that my offer was higher than the others and given a PayPal address and told they would be shipping Friday.

It was a pretty penny. I've been looking for these forever and can never find them for less than $200+ each.

ah, dammit. just found this thread. I definitely ordered $120+ worth of records from these guys a couple of days ago, and I haven't heard anything from them. Now it all makes sense.

After I posted that I'd be willing to pay $50 for a clear copy, I asked myself "Hmm... I wonder if Kevin would pay $50 for a clear copy?" Glad you let me know.

I thought it was labelled as "Peach," not orange.

I have a copy of this that is in good shape. It looks as if it's been in someone's collection for a while. The vinyl is in GREAT condition, but the jacket has some wear. I have no idea what it is worth, or how rare it is, so I'd be willing to entertain some offers.
