  1. So I wonder how good/bad the silver is going to sound. Haven't had much luck with gold and silver pressings. Anyone have anything in this silver from Relapse? Still find it weird the split color is 34.99, while all the other ones are 29.99.... http://www.relapse.com/neurosis/ Reissue Pressing Info: 2100 x Black 180 Gram 2000 x Oxblood 180 Gram *European Import* 650 x Black / Oxblood Half 'n Half 180 Gram *Mailorder Exclusive* 250 x Relapse 25th Anniversary Silver 180 Gram *Mailorder Exclusive*
  2. Thanks for the input. I'm going to go demo some of the Rogue gear when I get a chance to get away for a day. I have been looking at the KEF Q300s, but I don't really want to add a sub. The room is very large and 2 stories where I have my rig, so I might need to go with floorstanding. Hopefully, I'll be able to audition some gear at my house.
  3. Go get'em!!!! http://www.relapse.com/neurosis/ ***Includes a free digital download of the entire album*** Reissue Pressing Info: 2100 x Black 180 Gram 2000 x Oxblood 180 Gram *European Import* 650 x Black / Oxblood Half 'n Half 180 Gram *Mailorder Exclusive* 250 x Relapse 25th Anniversary Silver 180 Gram *Mailorder Exclusive* 100 x Clear (do not request clear) Super deluxe vinyl reissues of NEUROSIS' 'Through Silver In Blood' (originally released in 1996, first time on vinyl in 10 years), 'Times Of Grace' (originally released in 1999, first time on vinyl in 15+ years) and the 'Times Of Grace' companion piece, TRIBES OF NEUROT's 'Grace' (originally released in 1999, never before on vinyl). 4. Lame at least they have excellent customer service.
  5. Yeah... I guess my reasoning for not posting where right away was becasue they don't do online sales and no one I know is even close to here. So it wouldn't have matter anyway. They have been sitting for a long time and pretty much all of the covers are beat to shit. Almost all of the Initiums were over $300 with the most expensive being $630.
  6. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Wasn't my intention and jokes are a little harder to read in just type. Just excited and wanted to share.
  7. I actually forgot about that thread. But I'm glad I'm a self centered asshole for not remembering it.
  8. God, I guess I forgot about all the awesome people here..... It was 2nd and Charles in Augusta. Have fun guys
  9. OK, sure buddy. Just sharing my excitment about seeing so many Samhain records at one time. You don't ever post when you get to pick up something special?
  10. So first of all it was just a joke, I don't have the money or intent to buy all of them. I bought what I wanted. I was going to PM him and tell him where I bought them when I got a minute cause I was going to break down what exactly they had. Which was more than just a simple line. I'm really glad some of you have to get so pissy so quick without even thinking of other possible reasons. I was excited, so i'm sorry the way it came off. But, at the same time some of you got pissy a little quick.
  11. Today, $100 for a second pressing on orange vinyl(1/500) of November Coming Fire. STOKED!
  12. So today I went looking for records at the local second hand store and found this.... Unfortunately, most were out of my league price wise. But I did walk away with this little gem. Cover has some creases, but no seam splits and the vinyl sounds awesome. I have actually never any Samhain records in person, besides boots. 8 copies of Initium is crazy. Especially, the 1/15 white with black streaks they had.
  13. If I already didn't have one I'd buy it. A plus is that it's already been cleaned. Still looking for a good copy of Lucifuge.
  14. I wouldn't hold my breath for a reissue. Personnaly, I would have just bought the one in the link, instead of buying the boot and a reissue that probably won't happen. You'll end up spending the same amout anyway. I hope the boot sounds good for you though. I haven't had much luck with white vinyl.
  15. I think its a new owner and location. But I think it's been around since the 70s. At least that is what I gathered from their website. If you go let me know ahead of time and I'll take a day drip over to Atlanta. I'd love to buy some of that record cleaning solution too if you're still making it. I love multipurpose trips, haha.
  16. Aren't all the colored ones bootlegs?
  17. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=321794075095&alt=web Cheapest I have seen in a while.
  18. Awesome, maybe i'll just make it a weekend trip.
  19. Not sold yet, but I do like that they are Made in the US and it appears they have excellent customer service. Not to mention the savings would be great and I can send it to rogue to upgrade if I so desired. But I want to here some of the Primalunas they have in Atlanta, before I make any decisions. I need to call and see if Rogue has any dealers in that area. I'm getting ready to order the 10x5. Has anyone used Hifi Heaven in Wisconsin? They have it for $449 plus free shipping, which is $100 off any where else I have seen? As always I appreciate your guys input and help, thank you!
  20. Well the place I was going to buy from has a 60 day return policy. I'd just be out shipping. Not the most ideal I know, but I don't have a lot of time to travel to audition. But in the end I'm just gonna suck it up and find the time to travel.
