They usually give out a limited amount. When I went for Maps & Atlases on my birthday earlier in the year it was limited to 50 or 100 people, each receiving a 2-person guest pass. Even though this was the case, even if you're not on the list - it seems very easy to get in. They didn't ask for names or check IDs at all. All you had to do was wait in line.

I am going to look into the adjustment of the counterweights on my turntable tonight when I get home from work. I am also going to stop by my local record shop and try spinning Side B on a different table. I will update this post tonight with whether this makes it work for me or not.
