When can we pre-order their new LP with Chester Bennington?

wait, what's wrong with your copy? mine sounded pretty thin but I just said "fuck it" and shelved it.

Thin is exactly how I'd describe it. The sound lacks any richness. Mine also had tons of surface noise after cleaning it. I played the acoustic side and the acoustic FLAC files on my laptop back to back and I like my FLAC files better than the record. I ended up shelving it too.

Debating on picking up a 2nd pressing and seeing if it sounds better than my first one. For $10 I guess it's worth a shot?

also, has anyone received a blue copy yet? or has that already been answered a hundred pages ago?

 

I wish. I'm waiting for my pre-order to pop up on my doorstep everyday. Unfortunately I know most people will get it before me and nobody has it so I really shouldn't be checking daily.

Does anyone have a list of all the avaliable variants as of now. Including record release?

I wasn't able to pick the one up in chicago and I saw people walking out with handfuls.

Saw the last one go as I walked up to merch.

Picked up a standard vinyl however. It is orange isn't it?

And my merchnow order says I have purchased a red one, too.

So I'm just a little confused on what I actually have coming to me right now. Ha.

If anyone picked up a Chicago variant, I definitely want one and will pay!

Only interested in the other cities if the oppurtunity arises.

Thankfully Bottom Lounge had 21+ re-entry so the vinyl I did buy didnt get damaged.

Records are starting to end. Linkin Park, Jack White, The Gaslight Anthem, This Time Next Year, etc.

I'm debating on picking up a NOS SL-1200 MK2. Will there be a good difference between my SL-1700 and the 1200?

If anyone has a spare to sell, please let me know. Might also be willing to trade a TSSF tour pressing.

Went to Chain. Was about 60th in line. Didn't get the exclusive shirt, they sold out. Got poster #55. Didn't get a exclusive record, saw tons of people buying duplicates which sucked. I was like 3 people away from getting one. Bought a standard copy and ended up giving the merch guy a $10 tip because the dude didn't have change. It was a good night though.

I'm going to be going to Chain with 5 people, might be able to grab some extras for people stuck in an area where the tour isn't coming. Or would be willing to trade for a Chi/NYC copy.

I want the TOYPAJ but the price is just a bit too much for me right now.

I got mine on Thursday, next day air via Amazon. Looks good, sounds just like I remembered. Definitely something all you ATDI fans need to have.

Pretty sure Travis said before that the ones on HT were RSD copies.

Luckily I was able to snag one from a local guy on the board for cost, should have it by Friday. All I need now is Hell Paso and I will have a complete ATDI vinyl discography.

Looks like Target is cashing in on the vinyl craze. I'm a TL at a  Target store and we received a big box of vinyl today to be put out next week.  So if you are looking for new presses of $5 thrift store LPs, then Target is your place.  Steve Miller Band, Beatles, Pink Floyd, U2, shit like that.  Pretty comparable to Hot Topic prices (Beatles, 21.99, Pink Floyd 28.99, etc.)  I'll be sure to let you know when they go clearance in two weeks.

Haven't heard about these yet, but I'm sure as soon as we get them everyone in the store will tell me because they all know I collect vinyl. All we have right now is a ton of the D-Code shirt boxes on an endcap that got pushed back out last week.

Tuesday bump! Hybrid Theory will be available for cost, $45PPD.
