Congratulations! I just started playing DFS on FanDuel this past weekend. One both leagues, but lost both I entered this weekend. I'm just doing 50/50 leagues for small payouts right now though.

Garroppolo played fantastic in the preseason as well. Let's be realistic though, Belichek isn't going to sit Brady. They play in the worst division in football, so they'll be in the playoffs even as bad as they're playing. While Brady is struggling, I put a lot of blame on a bad offensive line (trading Mankins was a bad decision), inconsistent running game, and no receivers who can stretch the field, and go vertical.

Kind of bummed about Gardy getting fired, but it's understandable. He was a great guy and a good manager who get dealt a shitty team, especially the pitching aside from Hughes and Gibson. I knew Nolasco was a terrible signing from the beginning, especially at that kind of money but most people here begged to differ. I also thought the same about Hughes, but he was a pleasant surprise. At this point I'm just waiting for our minor leaguers to come up, and play well so we can trade them. I find it funny that we always lose our good players. So in my league we have one keeper, and you get to draft him in the same round you did last year. Should I keep Demaryius Thomas, who I drafted in the third round last year, or Giovanni Bernard in the sixth round. Would have kept Josh Gordon, but he's probably done for the year.

Glad we got Vanek, but am surprised it was for only three years. I knew they weren't going to offer a long term deal with young guys coming up for contract soon, and Parise/Sutter signed through 2025. Just surprised he took it with more lucrative deals available. We desperately needed a sniper, and someone to score on the power play. Just need another defenseman.

I'm surprised Wade opted out, because there's no way in hell he'll get over $20 million. He should get about half that.
