I've been a lurker here for a long while, but this is the first time I've decided to post. So crazy happy right now. I'm not a huge collector of records but over the last 2 years I've really started to try and round out my collection. There are very few records I would pay big money for and I just finally found 1. I've been searching for The Strike's - A Conscience Left to Struggle With Pockets Full of Rust. In 2 years I've yet to see anyone have a copy for sale. I've went so far as to contact the record label to see if they knew of anyone who could be convinced to sell a copy, with no luck. I even actually just signed up for an account here a few days ago because I was going to post a WTB thread about this record. Tonight I hit gold, I just ordered that record for $12. Granted the cover has damage on it but the vinyl is listed at VG+. I would have spend $50 without thinking and would have seriously considered spending up to $100. This record is a classic ultra mega awesome gem that has been impossible to find. The kicker is on top of that the had The Strike's - Danger 7" for $9. Now I have to decide if I want to splurge on the Propagandhi - Today's Empires, Tomorrow's Ashes on Red Vinyl. I fear I may be becoming a full on Vinyl-aholic. It's 2 a.m. here but I had to share my giddy with people who might understand the feeling. I've acquired my white whale.
