I've got no issues with my local post office or post wo/man. I'm normally at work when the mail is delivered but my packages are always in good shape. The local post office is great the only issue I have is shipping media mail. I don't know if all USPS locations are like this but whenever you ship media mail you have to leave the package unopened so they can inspect. When shipping DVD's it's super easy for me, I don't have to seal anything, they do half my work for me. The problem is when shipping records I want to ensure it's properly sealed so that always leads to a hassle, explaining that I want to see it sealed so I know it's ideally packed fro shipping. As a heads up I've never had an issue with missing DVDs or records. I've shipped 200 or more DVDs and 20+ records with only 1 DVD going missing in transit. The other oddity is I get an absurd amount of my packages on Sunday mornings. Today I had 4 boxs of records sitting in front of my door when I woke up, all from different places.

Just got my Sunday mail. Don't know why but about half the time I get packages shipped to me I receive them Sunday morning before 9 a.m. Got 25 Records today from 4 shipments.

I didn't end up ordering the LP set, although tempting and some great music in there just trying to save some cash. I did end up ordering the Prayers For Atheists CD. Liked the Strange Famous release they had a couple years ago and just forgot about them. Real happy to stumble on that. Different from the other stuff on the label but worth a listen. I like it.

Just made my Hot Topic run. Gah that store makes me feel like I am a pedophile. Fighting through a horde of 14 year old girls to get to records is not something that I enjoy. Was hoping to snag Nirvana on clearance, but no luck. Ah well I was able to snag 3 copies of the Guns 'n Roses - Appetite for Destruction LP / Shirt bundle for $6 a pop. Not really a G n R fan but that is probably an essential album and I know I can always find a friend that would love a copy. Then picked up the La Dispute / Koji record. Was sitting at about $28 bucks so I had to pick up something else to get me over 30 for the Hot Cash so I ended up picking up the other La Dispute they had.

Couple of question's. How sturdy are these? They look similar to the Murder By Death ones which is uber fragile. I had the first one break in transit. The second one is still in good shape but I am terrified I am going to shatter it every time I move it. How would the darkest stain be? If I ordered 3 of an identical box would you be able to offer a discount? (Might have a couple made for friends) I want an Avail one badly, just having trouble pulling the trigger. An Avail Dixie one would sure look sexy though.

Just passing it on, looks like shipping costs have been brought down a bit. I just ordered 11 records and it was $15 shipping. Last night it was 24.

Let me know how much you would want for the Bouncing Souls 10" + the Bouncing Souls 12" +Beastie Boys box set PPD. I might just have to think about buying that bunch from you tomorrow.

I've had a bunch of 6-10 LP orders over the last few weeks and each was $10-15 Shipping. (one of which was an order from the Junkie) It may not seem like a lot but that ends up being about an extra $1 per record. I still might order. I would definitely order if shipping was closer to $12-15. Call me a crybaby if you will, but it is a matter of at what price do I value these records. For me apparently it is at less than $7 per.

8 LPs came to $35 Shipping was going to be $23.70 Still a little under $7.50 a record so it's still a great value. I will just pass, a few bands I kind of like but not enough I guess.

Someone should buy that Beastie Boys box set so I don't have to.

I must admit the mean part of me wants to see you not get this so I can see how high your willing to go. In a month will we see this thread up to $180? Most of me hopes you complete your set quickly.

If only... I sold my copy of Crossed Out 1990 - 1993 on vinyl about 3 months ago. To potentially add insult to injury I just gave away my CD copy of that to a Co-Workers kid.

I've had about 20 records come in over the past 3 days and am due for about 40 more over the next week or so, but this is the box that I've been waiting for. The Stike - A Conscience Left to Struggle With Pockets Full of Rust has been impossible for me to find. On top of that I got the s/t EP from the same store.

My order has disappeared from there site. I've been checking it daily but now the order is completely gone from my account. Oh well, nothing I needed and with mediocre shipping costs it wasn't an over the top steal of a deal.
