These are both things that I would be totally alright with seeing happen. Also, I'm really hoping that Streetlight decides to add some extra tour dates to the farewell tour, because they haven't mentioned coming to Florida thus far, and I don't want to have to travel super far to see them (but totally will because, I mean come on, it's Streetlight.)
They will for sure. They will hit up everywhere. This is just the first leg so far that they have released dates for.

yeah the last thing you want is tony brummel on your ass.
yup.

I was sent the digital files of the record, this only happens when a record is coming out soon. Victory has labeled all their press stuff as april 30th so I'd bet thats when its actually out.
Did you get that from a pre order with victory? Or are you affiliated with a college radio station or something? Sorry I'm not trying to be nosy i'm just curious, because that's awesome

I got sent my digital advance of this yesterday which means its actually coming out soon!
Care to elaborate a little bit?

With Streetlight going on a tour hiatus so people can settle down and so forth, I'm curious if BOTAR will become resurrected. Tomas has said there's 40 BOTAR songs waiting to be recorded years ago in an interview. It would be easy for them to crank out a record without having to practice the songs or tour. Haha there's also seven more 99SOR records left supposedly...

Its the same vocal style as everything else acoustic he does in recordings and if you see him live.

Here's a full song (that's amazing, and a insanely beautiful video to go along with it) from the Toh Kay album

Was in Concord Mass earlier today. then drove back to school in Western Mass. I live really close to Boston and everyone I know that was there is okay. This is awful. And fuck off Eric.

The Institute of Contemporary Art is sick too. Its not far from the Aquarium (which has its own MBTA stop) and its right on the water.

It's been interesting to see how that song has progressed seeing it live and in YouTube videos, then finally the recorded version. It's different since I last saw it at the end of November.
Also for the people that want a taste of what each song sounds like, there's 30 second previews up at amazon now. http://www.amazon.com/The-Hands-That-Thieve/dp/B00C737REU/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1365107264&sr=8-3&keywords=the+hands+that+thieve -
It just comes across like the movie has no idea what it is trying to say.

Other than the acid scene (which I give them a lot of credit for, I think that scene is really funny) I couldn't stand this movie. If it is supposed to be about punk and how great it is, it absolutely fails. If its supposed to be about how punk is a childish ideology then it goes over 80% of its fan base's heads. What is it honestly trying to say? I may just not understand it. Punk kids seem to love this movie but it just kind of bashes on them. Give me Repo Man any day everyday. Speaking of which, who else is psyched on the Criterion Collection version of Repo Man coming out soon?!

-King Crimson

I know it's not "Spongebob themed" but you can get his full length that includes that song for fairly cheap!

Yeah I've been meaning to pick up that LP for a while! He was a really amazing musician. I just haven't yet. I just love Spongebob so much and would be psyched on that.

This band is great, hopefully I can pick this up!

I remember hearing that on the live album and thinking, "heh that's pretty cool." Then I saw them live (for the first time in years) and they did it. Then they did it again the next time I saw them. Yeah..... so it's like a skit.... that they do.... for every show?
Pretty much yeah. I think I haven't seen that done at two shows, every other time though...
-
I think its mostly just because the older records, especially Turn The Radio Off were albums people kind of grew up on. It's more of a nostalgia thing. They're better actually seeing live than any of their albums are. Unless they play Suburban Rhythm fifteen times in different genres. That gets old fast.

Woop, for some reason I though a handful of people had had some warp issues but a couple were just complaining about skips, probably should have paid more attention to my post than this essay I'm writing when I typed it. My bad!
-
Sorry everybody with warped copies, that's awful.
-
Turn the Radio Off and I'd say Cheep Up too.
