This is obscure, but back in 2007 Small Brown Bike played a few reunion shows in support of their friend, Jim Lough, who had been battling leukemia. SBB talked about it briefly and asked people to sign up for bone marrow donation to help others in need. For the past few days I've been editing a home movie of our trip from NY to Chicago for the shows, and I realized that I have no idea how Jim pulled through. I did a bit of searching on the internet and found his site, www.jimlough.com, and his last post is from 2008. While it seems to end on a positive note, I wonder how he's doing since then. I can't find any other information online so I'm wondering if anyone here knows anything?

Awesome! Nabbed a white. Just glad to get one. My friend played me their EP ages ago and I'm glad to finally get something of theirs on vinyl.

I got a copy last Summer at our local video store, strangely enough, for dirt cheap. I just happened to see it on a rack and got wicked excited. It's even in great shape! Like most folks my age I grew up with the movies so the soundtrack is pretty awesome to me.

Damn I signed up to pick this up before seeing it was sold out. Ah well. My wife and I enjoy the self-titled album and this was a pretty great deal for three lps.

Yeah it's so awesome that you can get stuff without having to buy the whole set. All I want are the box, rarities and split album. Very cool. The wooden box looks wicked awesome, though. And those are great prices for that set.
