scotterson Posted May 8, 2008 Share Posted May 8, 2008 acoustic or electric? electric—EB power slinky (11-48) acoustic—elixer polyweb mediums (13-56) always oh, and EB not-even-slinky's are great for downtuning, i generally keep one guitar with these another oh, has anybody tried ernie ball's coated acoustics yet? i saw them at guitar center the other day, and was very interested, but im curious to see what other people think of them. apparently all 6 strings are coated, not just the wound strings (like black diamonds, unlike elixir) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
