coryvc
My stereo just started getting a ridiculously annoying hum and i have no idea why. I bought a new needle two months ago and i grounded my preamp the best I could. Does anyone know a way for me to get less of that? I'm assuming the preamp is making the signal from the turntable too strong thus extra noise, but I'm not sure.

steventangent
When I saw the thread title, my first thought was, "You have a copy of Fillet Show?" then I thought, "that would be a fucking awful joke to make."
forgeagain
Could also be a bad set of RCA plugs.

xxmartinxx
Everything, including the turntable? It should be grounded to the stereo.
