Dominic_
Alright, the speakers need a copper speaker wire. You want the thickest your speaker will fit http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-16-Gauge-Speaker-Wire-Feet/dp/B006LW0W5Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1430099585&sr=8-1&keywords=speaker+wire something like this. That speaker wire goes into a receiver (you need one). Match the red on the speaker to the red on the receiver. Your main speakers will go into the main speaker input. If you go quadraphonic you'll use both (some receivers only have one) The plugs on your receiver will go into the Phono input on your receiver. If it has no phono you need a preamp. PM me if you have any other questions, always happy to help weinerdog, aarondltd and amishseagull
