NewVinylGuy
Maybe it's a myth but a lot of people sware that only certain components sound good together; speakers, amp, turntable. Do you believe this? What's your current wish list or setup?
Sidney Crosley
It's a total myth. Records sound good on anything! Don't let anyone on this board tell you otherwise - no matter if you're running your Crosley USB through your computer speakers, or you get a record player that costs more than $200 (!!!!), it all sounds exactly the same! You can pretty much plug any speaker into any turntable and it sounds good! That's the beauty of vinyl. It sounds great no matter what you do to it! mesi
I heard that in order for chi to flow through your setup, your speakers always have to face north. matthewfrank
allenh
I heard that in order for chi to flow through your setup, your speakers always have to face north. Only if the speaker cable is lovingly jacketed in yak hair harvested from yak's fed on grass from the south of the Nile Delta, anything else is just not putting enough effort in. I also concur with my learned friend two posts up from ATL. Um
