kyle Posted May 30, 2008 Share Posted May 30, 2008 Up for sale is my Marantz 2216B receiver. Pumps out 16 watts per channel which is more than enough to rock any listening room. Functions absolutely perfectly and is very clean. The only issues with it are the "stereo" indicator light is out. Stereo function works fine, just the light is out; it's not a big deal to me so I never replaced it, but if you really care the bulb will cost you ~$3 on ebay. Great sound, with a built in phono input and headphone jack. There's no better receiver/amp at this price point than the Marantz 22XX series, IMO. I'm upgrading to a more expensive tube amp which is why I'm selling. $90 (firm) + actual shipping (probably $25-35 depending where you are). Wil be well packed. Local pickup OK. I'm upgrading to a vintage Scott tube amp. These Marantz amps are great, though, but the sound from an old tube amp is great (but I'm spending over $400 on the amp).
