circuit bored records
Off topic yes, but other than the noise how do you like the Lutron system?
bigdz68
Lutron system works wonders for me! I have it programmed to my remote control with presets so if I turn on my Bluray setup or Xbox, it immediately turns everything on and dims the lights. Lazy yes but considering I cant just get up and walk to the switches (paraplegic) it is an awesome tool! And didnt see this post til now so sorry for such a delayed reply. Jealous Cactus
I have a similar issue. I recently got a new record player, though the speakers and tube amp are hand me downs from my dad and are a bit old. I am pretty sure the hum is originating from the speakers, since I can hear it even when it is not hooked up to my record player. I have a grounding wire attached to the record player, and there is also a grounding wire attached to the cord. Should I get a new set of speakers and/or tube amp, should I buy one of those hum eliminators, or is there still a chance I can fix it without spending any more money? Jealous Cactus
My turntable is a Stanton T.62. My speakers are a JVC FS-1000 stereo system. My tube amp is an RCA AH-500.
