bigmonkey
Bought some old U2 records off eBay for a buck each, and some Johnny Cash stuff. I love picking up four or five records for a dollar apiece from one person, with combined shipping they're still only a couple bucks each and usually in pretty decent shape. vittywatt
boo ebay, i'm talking about random shops or flea markets AND you have no real clue who the band is. it's like playing the lottery...9 times out of 10 your going to get a shitty band you don't like(for example i got a gas huffer record the same day for 2 bucks, blah what crap!) but sometimes you find a gem! voodooramen
I got a decent 50 cent a piece 7" inch haul the other day just choosing bands that sounded interesting or ones that I had heard of before, including: Brandtson - lets call it a day (early deep elm release) Not your friends - Hell of a stunt to pull A Pohgoh 7" Slumberjack - High heat (no cover, incredible though and best record of the lot) Tenpin - 40 hour bus ride (very good late 90s pop punk) Reflector - The illuminator (pretty cool synth indie) I love cheap bins, you can always find something worthwhile
