Furthermore, I am going above and beyond to make sure she gets a copy, now I think that is excellent customer service. Plus she called us "fuckers" when we did absolutely nothing wrong. Sometimes the customer isn't always right. I work in retail and its a bunch of bullshit "customer is always right" 99.9999999999% of the time they are wrong. I wonder if they can get the factory to just stick them all in mailers? I imagine some poor intern (or Floyd, really) sat there stuffing them all as soon as they got them from the plant.
