Until about a week ago, I had no idea who Removal were. I have a feeling that a number of you are not so hip to these guys, but this 7" series should be right up a number of your alleys. Removal are an instrumental rock band from Canada, they have been releasing albums since 1997, and for the past handful of years, they have been putting out 7"s with various punk rock singers. The latest is a 7" featuring Chris Hannah of Propagandhi. The other singles are pretty epic with collaborations Peaches, Devin of Strapping Young Lads, Snake of Voivod, Mike Watt, Danko Jones, Johnny Hanson, Mr Chi Pig of SNFU, and Mr Wrong of Nomeansno. We are out of the one with Joey Shithead from D.O.A.

I think this is such a great idea for a series. Imagine if Isis or Pelican or Russian Circles did a similar series and had various singers and did a series of singles. That would be rad. Who would you love to see front a series of singles for Isis, Pelican, or Russian Circles.
