murakami Posted February 1, 2009 Author Share Posted February 1, 2009 i'll probably try this, but there are things i need to know first so i'm doing it right:1. how much cream cheese do you put on the hot dog? 2. do you put the cream cheese on the bun first and then put the dog inside, or put the dog in the bun and then cream cheese on top like ketchup? 3. do you use flavored cream cheese or just straight up regular? 4. do you also put ketchup or anything else on the hot dog, or is it just bun, hot dog, cream cheese and that's it? 1 - its a quick smear on each side of the footlong bun. i usually ask for extra 2 - cream cheese, then dog 3 - straight up, original philly 4 - i usually top it off with some grilled onions, a little kraut, hot peppers and some rooster sauce. the toppings vary by vendor.
