BON IVER "For Emma, Forever Ago" LP

http://stores.channeladvisor.com/vinylhome/Items/JAG115lp

I first found out about Bon Iver when a track from this album showed up on a mix tape created by the Lucero board. The song, "Skinny Love" because one of my favorites of 2008 and it looks like I am not alone. This album has sold nearly 150,000 copies so far and this record was out of stock at all of our distributors for a little bit. We have them coming back in this week and I wanted to make sure those of you who might have missed out earlier on know that you can get it from us.

I fear that "Skinny Love" might be getting a little too much airtime everywhere and everyone will soon turn on this band. I love this album.

We also have copies of the "Bloood Bank" EP and either this or next week, we will have a triple LP Matador compilation featuring an exclusive Bon Iver track.

the compilation is called dark was the night and it might be the most solid compilation of artists ive ever seen. all songs are exclusive to this compilation and all proceeds will go towards benefitting the Red Hot Organization - an international charity dedicated to raising funds and awareness for HIV and AIDS.
