corbet
Probably because it's a UK seller/buyer.
minty
That doesn't make any difference, the buyer was actually from Austria. Don't people actually think of looking for records from the label before paying far too much?
inutil
No, they don't.
hickey
For some people, ebay is a convenience and saves them from having to search things out. It's either out of laziness or for instant gratification, or a combination of both. Regardless, if someone is willing to pay an insane amount for a record, that's their problem, though the impact will be felt by all of us. minty
True that. Good thing I'm 4 records away from a complete BtMI! collection now.

billynomates
I hate to say it, but the price that sold for is not excessive in the UK for an LP....often albums in stores sell for £14 to £17, which is $28 to $35 or thereabouts. Vinyl is so overpriced in this country. It's actually cheaper for me to buy from VC and pay more in shipping, that to buy from the UK...except maybe Norman Records who are reasonably priced and have free postage. vinyljunkie
people flip about the weirdest things. they will spend 20 bucks on pizza, and thats cool cause thats what it costs, but if someone spends 20 bucks for a 7" (theyll enjoy for a lot longer than pizza) they gotta post it all over about how its worth sooo much and was just available 8 months ago
