nefariousfig
Ha, I was actually at that show in Guelph last night. It was a LOT better than the Toronto one a few nights before, though assigned seating is kind of weird. And I also posted this exact same joke in my blog a while ago: http://deepmadder.blogspot.com/2009/01/odd-stipulation.html

nefariousfig
It's not a misprint, and it wasn't done as a joke or anything. The 'venue' that hosted said show is rarely used for that kind of show - it's more for theatre performances or bigger bands. So the place is a lot more formal, hence the use of the word 'babes' instead of babies on their tickets. Even on the place's website, they refer to babies as 'babes in arms.' patron
27 bux????? ouch 100% worth it Oh man. I wanna see Constantines and the Weakerthans. Hell, I want to see them again. Only problem were the annoying bitches in the back row.
nefariousfig
Hell, I want to see them again. Only problem were the annoying bitches in the back row. Did you go to any of the Toronto shows? The Guelph crowd were saints compared to the annoying and obnoxious crowd at the Toronto show I went to. And yeah, $27 is a little steep, but it isn't all that much considering that it's in Canadian dollars and the bill consists of two relatively big bands.
