He was really drunk and put on that bullshit to be funny. Nice try. That facial hair gives it away. Hipster. Most hipsters don't think they're hipsters. Not that I need to defend the guy on the internet, but that whole picture was really just a joke. And then his friend sent it to that website as a joke. Here's a real picture of him.
