thanks, guys. i never seem to learn. i do this every time i have something due. its not that im so much worried about not doing a good job, its just the stress of knowing i have to do it in such a limited time. no room for snags. it sucks needing the stress of time running out to get my ass in gear.

unfortunately its a research paper based on the appellate briefs for a NY supreme court hearing. so its all specific to the case.

the tough part is trying to figure out questions the court would pose to either side and reading all the relevant case law to determine who better utilized it.
