Farside "save it for the children" Says that it came out with the 1998 Revelation Mail order catalog Any info on pressing, value or when Revelation did these runs and if there are more would be great. stefan Posted June 14, 2007 Share Posted June 14, 2007 This indeed did come with the catalog (which I shouldn't have thrown away). It was late 97 or early 98. I could be wrong, but they may have charged a buck for the catalog. To the best of my knowledge, this was the only one that came with their mailorder catalog.
