Passes are $30 and went on sale today. I spoke with one of the guys running the deal and he said they're selling faster than they imagined and may even sell out today (they're only selling 300 passes). So if you're interested get on it now or regret it later! Here's a list of confirmed bands (and there are a few surprises that they can't really announce right now).
