Paypal's website says this though: If you cancel an eCheque payment or Instant Bank Transfer, PayPal cannot cancel the withdrawal from your bank account. The amount will be credited to your PayPal account balance. Does this mean that, provided I'll be paying for the order with this balance, I'll have to wait an equal amount of time to be sent the payment?
