mcm1610 Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 I never had trouble with it.. apparently when your only mode of transportation is a bike through high school when you drink a lot, you get good quickly. But its retarded you can get a DUI on a bike. The only one who is going to get hurt is you. I've never looked into it, but I have to hope it isn't the same level or intensity as a car, because if my only way to get home is a bike and a car when I'm drunk, and the risks are the same, what difference does it make to me?
