  1. I've been recently combing my collection and downsizing the records that I've purchase but have never actually got around to playing. So after a good decade of sitting around, I'm offering some of them up in lot sales. I will not split them up at this time. All records have been stored in a wooden cabinet in a smoke free home. All records are Near Mint to Mint, as the only one that I remember playing is the AJJ Holiday Inn record. Shipping by Media Mail is included. I will base Priority Shipping on package dimensions/buyer location if desired. Please PM me if you would like to have Priority Shipping. 2. That was the impression that I got. You beat me to it. I'd really love to find "Question the Answers" double 10". I can dream, can't I?
  3. Um, the Calibretto 7" is still in Standard's store. http://www.standardrecording.com/catalog.html Pick up Harley Poe's albums while you're at it.
  4. yeah, that's what i'm thinking. I'm assuming Fat's pressed quite a few because the preorder is still up today. That's 24 hours almost instead of 3.
  5. Ordered along with "Pin Points and Gin Joints" vinyl. Couple that with the Andrew Jackson Jihad preorder and I'm down $70 bucks today. Dammit! And pink vinyl with Jimmy Kimmel artwork? That's a nice touch.
  6. I couldn't get the "View Basket" link to work either. So... Just go into the website, go to "Store" and click "View Basket" there. http://www.asianmanrecords.com/basket/index.html I wish the bundle had the option of choosing one vinyl for a cheaper price but oh well. I'm satisfied with the bundle overall, although it's not my favorite AJJ material. I'm glad the "Issue Problems" songs were added.
  7. I saw them a few months back and they're incredible. I'm glad they're garnishing some attention.
  8. Am I the only one who is excited about the Swingin' Utters glass?
  9. 5...4...3...210 DONE. I've been meaning to go here but I haven't had the chance yet.
  10. Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution: A Call To Arms Probably...
  11. sent you a pm bro...thanks for the generous offer! Battle to the death!
  12. If the movie has any of the creative directing/cinematography/writing of "Darkwatch" or "Nightwatch," then it will be freaking fantastic. I'm also excited for Natalie Portman and "Pride, Prejudice, and Zombies."
  13. I ordered it as soon as I heard about it. I'm a sucker for the Aquabats. I received #1322/2000. Neato, isn't it?
  14. I can't believe I missed this. How did ya'll hear about it?
  15. I saw Dan Potthast play solo at the Bottom of the Hill with Andrew Jackson Jihad. He played despite being hit by a car. Great show. The Bottom of the Hill is a mighty nice venue.
  16. I checked nearly every day since it was announced to get the preorder for the color copy. I don't check Friday and it sells out in hours. FUCKING BULLSHIT. Oh well, the black is still limited. And, well... it's a Swingin' Utters album.
  17. I was recently told that my order would be filled eventually. Yay for those things not being out of print! Damn the waiting though.
  18. Eternal Sunshine and the Truman Show. Has anyone heard about "I Love You Phillip Morris"? What an interesting turn from Carrey and Ewan McGregor. No one would pick the movie up for release for the longest time. Oh, and Carrey is going to star in one of my favorite books as a child: "Mr. Popper's Penguins." Did anyone read that!?
  19. While everyone is excited about getting Pain pressed, why not lump in The Hippos pressings?
  20. Someone recently mentioned on the boards that Interpunk has a few Fat City magazines with free 7" records. I order one of those and the new Mighty Mighty Bosstones album and now I have the same problem. Two out of the three items are listed as "On Order: In Stock in 3-6 Days." That was October 18. No effort in communication has been made since then. I didn't expect these items to be in stock when I placed the order (even though they were listed as such). They should really take down the listing if it's no longer in print or available from the distributor. I'm thinking about canceling my order since it's not worth the one 7" that I added last minute. Other than that, I've ordered from interpunk 18 times over the past 7 years and have had no problems. Yep, I counted.
  21. In an interview Aaron Eckhart specifically said that Two-Face died from the fall, his neck broken. The script also reveals this. Two-Face isn't coming back. Probably.
  22. Check out this old thread for a really good folk punk band. The album is still linked too. I'm still blown away by them. http://vinylcollective.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=46021&start=0
  23. That would be really nice to have these on vinyl. I'm glad other people enjoy this band.
  24. Sycamore Smith is a local artist who presses all his own CDs. He has selections from his solo material and a handful of songs from his other band (The Muldoons) under the "sonks" section of his website.
  25. Harley Poe: B-Horror folk-punk (how appropriate for this time of year) Mischief Brew: Superb musicianship and lyrics Mutiny: Self described as "Folk punk for punk folk." from Australia! The Currency: A few members of Mutiny The Sways: Mighty talented band from the UK; slide guitar! The Filthy Thieving Bastards: Made up of 3/5 members of the Swingin' Utters This Bike Is A Pipe Bomb: Lots of neat vinyl from them Evan Greer: Member of the Riotfolk collective; wonderful political songwriter Sycamore Smith: One of the best lyricists I've heard; more folk than punk though The Violent Femmes: Perhaps one of the founders of "folk punk"
