masjohn
I bought this from a local Hot Topic fairly recently and I went to play it and instead of having an A/B and a C/D, I got two A/B records. Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone have any idea what I should do?
xjustinxschwierx
take it back to the store? if they're dicks about it, go to the label, if they're dicks about it, ask Virgil to see if he can talk to a label rep for you.
chiefwahoo
Mine wasn't like that. Take it back to Hot Topic and get an exchange or a refund.
travis
Take it back to the store. They should refund your money or let you exchange it. I bought the same thing at a store and got A/B C/D so I think this was just a 1 off mistake by the label....I hope...
masjohn
I'll try to bring it back to the store next time I'm home, since I'm up at school now. The only problem is that I can't find the receipt, I hope its at home, but if its not I guess going back to the store won't help me too much. And if that doesn't work I guess I'll try getting in touch with the label. thanks guys
leshokkills
That sucks. I got Gallows "Orchestra of Wolves" on vinyl and it was a deffective disc. An extra side a label got stamped in with the record, off to an angle so basically the last 2 songs have the label pressed into the grooves. Basically making those songs unplayable . patrickemmons
I had Orchestra of Wolves and the vinyl was paper thin and the sound was terrible so I sold it even though I love the album.

masjohn
So, since I won't be home from school for a while, I figured I'd try to go through the record label, which I guess is Warner Bros as far as contacting anyone? But the site says any return has to be by mail with a note describing the defect and takes about 6 weeks to get the issue resolved. Does this sound right, or should contact someone else other than Warner Bros? The fact that I can't find my receipt from Hot Topic pretty much eliminates me going back there I guess. Reprise is their actual label but its under the WB "umbrella"
masjohn
^ Yea that's where I looked first, but the contact information just sent me to the general WB site
