kirbypuckett
The Creationism museum is in Kentucky and pretty close. What else do you need? Hang out w/ Ochocinco
andrew13
at least the Indy Indians are nearby. and i'll get to see the pirates 10 times a year play a team almost as bad. and the only reason i would ever visit a creationist museum is to burn it down. to be a flamer if you will. amsteel
Eat a shitload of chili and party in Mt Adams & Covington? That's all I've ever done while there.
cactusbot
Mt. Adams is a terrible terrible place. Did you have fun hanging out with a bunch of bros and yuppies?

hardrockzombies
You can drive to Florence KY to see the water tower with the painted message, "Welcome to Florence Ya'll." Always entertaining.
amsteel
Mt. Adams is a terrible terrible place. Did you have fun hanging out with a bunch of bros and yuppies? Yeah, I kinda got that feeling walking around. But we found a bar that had 1$ PBR and a quiet porch, so we spent the night there.

cactusbot
It is Cincinnati. It's really not that hard to spell.
martyk36
My hometown and even though I left, miss it every now and again. Mostly the chili, going to Bengals/Reds games (yes I understand they're crappy franchises) and going to shake it records. (Great Record Store) I used to work in Mt Adams @ Alive One. Yes it's full of pretentious Yuppies and Spoiled Catholic High School girls. The bar scene in Covington is a lot of fun though. Also the Southgate House is a great place to catch shows, they mostly get Indie stuff there though. Cactusbot and Joe (OhioPride) both seem like rad dudes and def. seem to have the lay of the land. Unfortunately I never got to meet them before I skipped down to Austin. I'd reccomend living in either Clifton Gaslight (by the Univ. of Cincinnati) or Oakley (about 10-15 outside downtown.) I lived in both hoods and loved every minute of it.
