thomas Posted September 16, 2007 Share Posted September 16, 2007 I had a joke band with some of my friends called "Sausage McMustache and the Chili Cheese Adventure". Only one of my friends could really play guitar, so it was him on vox and lead, me on backup just hiding random notes that sounded close to his, my other friend hitting a phone book for a drum and another only playing low notes on an acoustic to make up for lack of a bass. We recorded like 5 songs that were all pretty funny and didn't sound bad for an impromptu session of people who had no idea what they were doing. skumbucket Posted September 16, 2007 Share Posted September 16, 2007 the last time i was in a proper band it was called "heroes wear helmets" (which i'd still like to use for a band name in the future). we only wrote one song, but it was an awesome instrumental recorded onto a cassette via boombox.
