The approximate weight of a single standard LP in a cardboard LP mailer with 1 piece of cardboard is around 1 lb, 4 oz, the cost is $12.48 I'm pretty sure all three of those countries it's going to be the same cost, but you can use the calculator on the usps website to double check.
