I sent it back and waited two months for the damn record to show up. They had told me they sent a brand new copy and everything. Well eventually i mentioned the BBB in an email and they immediately refunded me the money. I eventually got the record. The only thing is it wasn't exchanged at all and they put a letter in the box say " Your record has been flattened by the professional flattening machine" .
