Rip
I just bought this from Hot-Topic the other day. And when I got home to listen to it, it needed to play at 45rpm instead of the usual 33rpm's or whatever. Were they all supposed to be like this or did I just get a weird copy? I mean, nothing's wrong with it, it sounds great. I was just curious.
seamoney
All copies play at 45 rpm.
Rip
Really? Well that's pretty cool then, thanks! Just didn't expect it I guess, haha.
eddieruckus
is this real life?
pablod85
You can press a LP at 45rpm if it's 14 minutes long per side or less. A record at 45rpm sounds better and louder than a one at 33rpm.
Rip
Ah, okay. Yeah that's really cool. For some reason I didn't even think about that. Thanks a lot for the answers.
evvandflow
and Two Worlds is about 14 minutes total.
suchashorttime
i had a similar revelation. bought it at hot topic on a whim after never having heard them, came home to spin and was all like, "i was not expecting sludge metal." i downloaded the digital that came along and gave it a listen. the unfortunate thing is that my table only plays 33s. le sigh... nickheitman
and Two Worlds is about 14 minutes total. 14 minutes of the best current music, you goon.
jimmyg
and Two Worlds is about 14 minutes total. 14 minutes of the best current music, you goon. I tried to get into it but it's really not that good. If we're talking best current punky-ish bunch of young 'uns records then the Joyce Manor LP urinates on Two Worlds from a great height. nickheitman
joyce manor rocks too, i've slept on them until recently, but two world is definitely one of the best records i've heard the past few years IMO.
