There are two parallel scratches about an inch long in the middle of it, and a curved scratch that runs from the tracks into the matrix. It was also a sonofabitch pulling the record out of the sleeve - I'm lucky I didn't tear it. I'm guessing all the damage occurred while someone was forcing it into the sleeve.
