I am in Melbourne, AUS and sent an email to [email protected] about 4 days ago. Still no response. Is there any other way to get into contact with them to get a replacement that is correctly packaged? Funnily enough i ordered the CD at the same time too, they both came in the same unpadded plastic shipping bag, with the vinyl completely unprotected yet the CD was coated in thick bubble wrap. so ridiculous! Hey man, Melbourne guy here too, I emailed through the webpage and got a reply but it took a few days. They are sending me a replacement. Was your record in ok condition?
