ihprstl Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 i've been serving for years and NEVER made anywhere near $2.13 per hour.my average hourly wage as a server has been $3.50ph+ tips. my paychecks usually average around $50 to $100 every two weeks, depending on my hours. my current job pays me $3.25ph. also, never been a bartender tho, just a server. bar tenders in clubs may get payed less because they get tipped more. but in my experience, bartenders usually make more per hour than servers, plus they get all the bar/cocktail buisness, plus they get tipped out by their servers.
